Here's just a little bit of information about me.
This is my tenth year teaching. Prior to teaching, I worked in the hospital setting for six years. My undergraduate degree is in Health Information from Louisiana Tech University. I have a Master of Arts in Teaching also from Louisiana Tech. I am a proud Weston High School alumni. I am certified to teach both high school Business and English courses. Besides teaching classes at Weston, I am the yearbook advisor, the Jr. High Girls' Basketball head coach and the assistant Jr. High Boys' Baseball coach. I am also active with the PTO and Booster Clubs here at school.
On a personal note, I have been married for fifteen years and have three sons. In my spare time away from school, I enjoy watching my children participate in sports activities and reading.
My main priority at WHS is to ensure that my students leave school with a good foundation of skills that will help them succeed after high school.
